Account Manager: Position available - Los Angeles and New York
Lead the acquisition of new RCP accounts by establishing and
developing relationships with new business prospects.
Role Description: Interview new business prospects to better
understand their risks needs and assess whether RCP can assist
with their unconventional risks mitigation needs. Participate in
the creation of marketing programs to reflect service offerings.
Identify business prospects that meet RCP criteria. Identify key
decision-makers & initiate contact. Leverage existing client
contacts to secure new business opportunities for RCP.
Create partnership relationships to win business and ensure that
qualified prospects move quickly and successfully through the
engagement process. Ensure consistent internal and external
communication around prospect opportunities and smooth
transitions from prospect to client. Serve as interface between
RCP solutions team and client.
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's Degree; Master's
Degree a plus. Minimum 5 years of business experience. Insurance
brokerage and or finance experience required.
