Career Opportunities Underwriting Assistant: Position available - Los Angeles and New York Develop insightful analytic models that help distinguish RCP’s work product from competing broker/consultants. Role Description: Provide sophisticated financial analysis bridging economics and accounting across business models. Participate in the creation of presentations that use actuarial findings to create compelling arguments in words and pictures. Ensure reliable financial analysis and be able to clearly communicate findings within RCP. Generate ideas for new business opportunities: unlock financial value in existing transactions; identify novel synergies; create unique gap solutions; and be able to identify opportunities that are only found in the cross-section of life insurance, property-casualty insurance, banking, and investment banking. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors’ degree a must; Masters or PhD a plus. Good computer skills and understanding of financial modeling necessary. Accounting degree a plus.
