RCP Executives Ayesha Ilmi Ayesha brings quantitative, communications and management skills to the executive team as Director of Business Development. Prior to joining Risk Capital Partners, Ayesha worked for CV Starr in their Accident & Health agency. She served on the management advisory team in various roles: origination of new business opportunities, strategic growth, reinsurance placement, analysis of merger and acquisition opportunities, project management and market surveillance. She also has experience as a reinsurance broker, working for Benfield/Aon Benfield on the Alternative Risk Transfer (ART) team focusing on the development, marketing and placement of both new and renewal ART structures. Prior to joining the Insurance Industry, Ayesha was employed by the New York State Office of the Attorney General during the reign of Elliot Spitzer. Ayesha obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Fordham University School of Law and earned a B.B.A. (cum laude) from the American University in Dubai with concentrations in Accounting and Finance. She was on the Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law and was awarded the Deans Centennial Fellowship from the School of Law. She also holds an Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) designation. << Back
